Services are available for individuals, employers, legal professionals, and agencies based on availability and compliance requirements.
Appointment Requirements
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Present valid government-issued identification at the time of service

Arrive on time or be available at the scheduled mobile appointment location

Follow all collection and testing procedures
Failure to comply may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Corporate accounts and approved business clients may receive invoicing terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Additional fees may apply for:

After-hours appointments

Emergency/post-accident testing

Excessive travel

Wait time exceeding 15 minutes

No Guarantee of Outcome
Elevated Path Testing does not guarantee any specific test result, employment outcome, legal determination, or approval process. Testing results are processed according to laboratory and industry standards.

We value your privacy and handle client information with professionalism and discretion. Information is only shared as authorized by the client, employer, agency, court order, or applicable law.
Mobile Service Conditions
For mobile appointments, clients must ensure:
