Cancellation Policy

for Elevated Path Testing

 

Effective Date: May 12, 2026

 

At Elevated Path Testing, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and service availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

Appointment Cancellations

Clients must provide at least:

  • 24 hours notice for standard appointments

  • 4 hours notice for same-day or emergency appointments when possible

 

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled outside of the required notice window may be subject to:

  • A cancellation fee

  • Partial forfeiture of deposit or booking fee

  • Rescheduling limitations

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to appear or are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time may be charged a no-show fee.

 

Mobile Appointment Delays

For mobile services:

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided

  • Wait time charges may apply after 15 minutes

  • Excessive delays may require rescheduling

 

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes.

Business & Employer Accounts

 

Corporate and recurring accounts may have separate cancellation terms outlined in their service agreement.

Emergency Situations

 

We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Elevated Path Testing.
